| Description: Burg, Red & Tan - (Blended class) New to gymnastics? Ideal starting point for ages 6-9 years olds. CanGym is a nationally recognized curriculum for recreational gymnastics. A 12-Level program where specific skills must be attained before moving on to the next level, regardless of age. Elements on all apparatus and general fitness are evaluated. At the end of each session, each child receives a certificate indicating the badge they have achieved. In order to pass a particular badge, each child must master all the skills before moving on. These key program skills have been selected to ensure a clear progression from one badge to the next. The progression through the coloured badges is as follows: Floor/Beam: Hollow body log roll Bars/Rings - 3 pendual swings *Min of 4 registrants required to run class Sick Policy - Children with fever, cough, runny nose, vomiting, or other signs of illness should not attend. If a child arrives showing symptoms, a parent/caregiver will be asked to take them home to help prevent the spread of illness and avoid coach absences. Bathroom Policy - Children must be potty-trained or wear a pull-up. Coaches cannot take or assist children in the bathroom. If your child needs help, a parent must remain on-site. Cancellation Policy -Cancel 5 business days prior to clinic to receive full refund less the $25 cancellation fee. -$10 swap fee (swapping into a different class) -$10 late fee for late registration, please register before the cut off. GymBC insurance fees are non-refundable. |
